SENIORS REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST
As a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Elaine understands the special emotional and financial needs of seniors, and has the training and experience to help her clients make wise decisions when selling a home, relocating, or making any real estate investment choices.
The Professionals' Real Estate Team
 Elaine is a real estate broker and an attorney at law. She has been involved in over 500 real estate transactions over the last 17 years. Elaine is in the top 1% of all Coldwell Banker agents internationally. In connection with providing excellent service to her clients, Elaine has earned certifications in marketing, negotiation and in working with seniors. Coldwell Banker has certified her as a Previews Property Specialist. She teaches a residential real estate course in the Stanford Continuing Studies Program. Elaine earned her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and was admitted to practice law in California and Federal District courts. She practiced law in San Mateo County for 16 years, specializing in family law, probate, and estate planning, and has been an adjunct instructor at Santa Clara University Law School. A trained mediator and negotiator, Elaine is often appointed by the court as a "special master" in family law cases, overseeing the sale of real property.

Community Activities

 Dean is a licensed general contractor. Dean is a LEED Certified Accredited Professional (AP) who can advise on green building practices. He was a home inspector for eight years inspecting about 4000 homes throughout the San Francisco Peninsula and South Bay. He worked for two years with a local contracting firm doing project management. Dean also worked as a building inspector for the City of Santa Clara. Dean is a valuable resource in assisting homeowners with coordinating contractors and helping sellers with minor improvements and repairs to maximize return on sale. He also assists new home owners with planning and obtaining estimates for updating and repairs. Dean attends home inspections with buyers and sellers and is a great asset to the team.
Community Activities: Former member of Redwood City Rotary, Founding president of Redwood Shores Rotary, AYSO soccer coach and former USS Swimming official.
